Challenges & Solutions

Operating within a high-profile, multi-contractor environment required strict adherence to safety, quality, and scheduling protocols. Dowsing coordinated closely with Seymour Whyte and BMD to ensure seamless integration of kerb and drainage infrastructure with broader landside works, including car parks, access roads, and transport hubs.

The site’s evolving topography and tight program deadlines demanded flexibility in construction methods. Dowsing adapted its approach balancing machine-laid and manual techniques to maintain progress and meet quality benchmarks.
