Bohdan Dowsing leads the Group’s operations responsible for strategic growth, business planning and shaping the framework that enables employees to excel. He brings a wealth of knowledge in the civil construction industry, with experience gained from a young age. A strategic and blue-sky thinker, Bohdan has an uncanny ability to find solutions to whole-of-market problems and has been instrumental in scaling the business into new segments.

As Divisional Manager and Director, Sam Dowsing brings both a deep-rooted passion for the trade and extensive operational expertise to Dowsing Group’s concrete and road services. With over a decade of full-time involvement, Sam's strong work ethic and adaptive leadership style has made him a trusted leader for project delivery and managing key industry relationships. Sam remains dedicated to fostering a cohesive team and ensuring successful project outcomes that uphold the Dowsing legacy.

With over 14 years in the family business, including a decade in operational delivery, Luke brings invaluable operational insights to the company’s strategic direction as Director, and extensive hands-on leadership to his role as Group Delivery Manager. He plays a pivotal role in supporting project execution, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative and skilled team environment across all our locations.
