The works expanded interchange capacity, improved accessibility and upgraded supporting infrastructure within a live public transport environment, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable operation of train replacement bus services.
The works were undertaken within an active train station precinct with high pedestrian movements and constrained work zones. Dowsing implemented staged construction sequencing, temporary fencing and traffic control measures to maintain safety and access while delivering works efficiently.
